What Is Bakuchiol?
Bakuchiol is a plant-derived cosmetic ingredient associated with Psoralea corylifolia (Babchi). Mechanism of Action

Clinical studies show bakuchiol improves photoaging, pigmentation, and wrinkles at use levels of 0.5–2%, with significantly better tolerability than retinol, with tolerability dependent on the formulation and individual user; safety during pregnancy has not been established.
